第七年的開始，與政治大學、清華大學與中央大學同學們，一齊走過學習旅程。各個學校都擁有寬廣美麗的校園，涵養同學們具有人文關懷、科技素養、以及有禮的態度。同學們都很優秀，很認真，我衷心為學校的優秀學風感到高興與驕傲。又是新學期，期望他們能夠學習到新知識，以及培養處事的態度。

【New Semester at NCCU、NTHU and NCU University】

Time flies fast, it has been six years in straight that I conducted the Financial Technology course with students of National Chengchi University （NCCU）、National Tsing Hua University （NTHU）, and National Central University （NCU）.  I sincerely hope they can get to learn not only the knowledge but the broader soft skills.

我一直相信，教學與帶領學習，本是可以更互動式、更活潑。

學期課程中進行經過多次「工作坊」 （Workshop）, 讓同學討論、發表、提問、回答；協助同學在自己的泡泡外，瞭解其他同學的不同觀點與思考面向，能有更深的啟發與體認。

在此多元的氛圍下，彼此達到 「同修」與「共學」的學習。謝謝他們對我的信任與熱情互動，激盪出良好的學習成果。

看到同學們專注與笑容，我相信他們是有學習到我想傳播的訊息。

播下種子，期待他日滿園盛開，祝福與感恩。

【Give Students Opportunities, They will Change & Grow Up】

It is a great journey to conduct the 「Financial Technology Project Workshop」course. The course is conducted at the College of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.

I always believe that lectures can be in a more bilateral and dynamic way.

These young students made themselves with progressive fruits on knowledge and soft skills and got towards the positive changes to become a better man/lady.

I’d like to thank them for the warm interaction with me, and thank to some mentors who also guided them on their projects and soft skills.

The journey is always much more interesting than the destination. Thank to them and bless them with a great future.

* 後記：決賽第 3 名－2021 ATCC全國大專院校商業個案大賽 — 新光人壽組

每年三月，就是我帶領同學們，參加跨校園間的大事 – ATCC 全國大專院校商業個案大賽。

我要稱讚這些同學們，進入到最後決賽階段，獲得新光人壽組別的第 3 名。

將近三個多月以來的堅持，相信他們有所學習與啟發。此刻，名次的差異已經不再重要，要恭喜同學們在這一趟旅程上的成長與蛻變，以及持有正向態度看待未來，並能懷抱感恩的心謝謝任何曾經協助他們的貴人。

他們是5位來自中央大學管理學院的同學組成。團隊成員：翁銘宏 中央財金碩一， 鍾  鳴 中央財金碩一， 陳禹鑫 中央財金碩一，許雅惇 中央財金碩一， 廖家曼 中央財金碩一，（下圖照片 由左到右）

團隊代表新光人壽，提出他們設計的「創造零距離保險互動，人人都是保險管理大師」，協助新光人壽將保險的意義與效能，帶給更多的客群。

近3個月的堅持，歷經了疫情時期的考驗，團隊由 千人camp 開始，脫穎而出進進入到前 20 強、隨著一次一次的晉級，進入前7強、前4強、 差一步就可以踏上全國決賽舞台。團隊彼此努力合作，以身為多年外商公司主管，我可以看出來團隊的蛻變與成長，此次的旅程，他們不僅是學習到專案發想技術，更重要的是在本質上，經過這一次的洗禮，更能夠成為一個更完整的自我。

要恭喜同學們在這一趟旅程上的成長與蛻變，以及持有正向態度看待未來，並能懷抱感恩的心謝謝任何曾經協助他們的貴人。

「We are lucky, 我們是 同修」 。這是我常說的話，也是鼓勵我學生的話語。他們在這次競賽，與夥伴是同修，與我之間也是同修，我們一起在這旅程上學習前進，我要鼓勵他們要珍惜這些同修夥伴，一起繼續前行。

團隊的組成不容易， 競賽的過程總會有高高低低， 我們在旅程中不覺得學習到什麼， 當停頓下來時， 仔細思量， 我還是要鼓勵大家， 「旅途中的喜悅遠比抵達終點更令人值得珍惜」。共勉之。

【Lead Team at ATCC Final Competition】

It’s glad to lead the team to attend the 2021 ATCC Case Final Competition， they got the 3rd places at the finals.

These young students made themselves with progressive fruits on knowledge and soft-skills, and got to know the essentials of how to do a successful business proposal and presentation.

I’m happy and proud of them, also I’d like to thank them for the trust and warm interaction with me.

「The Journey is more beautiful than the Destination」. I truly believe that they will be getting more, and getting to become a better lady and man. Bless them with great future.
