【阿里巴巴 · 換個角度看世界】

很高興有機會來到阿里巴巴總部園區，園區以及內部皆以橘色裝潢，象徵著活力與創新。牆面處處都掛放鼓勵創新的話語。其中有一個區域，鼓勵員工在此地嘗試進行倒立 (handstands)。

「人倒立的時後，看世界的角度會和平常不一樣」。

牆上也貼了許多照片，描述阿里員工，是如何一個人、或是群體一起進行倒立， 這是磨練逆向的思維。

會議室有一場一場的工作坊 (workshop)，針對不同主題進行活潑互動的討論，我也期望台灣不論是企業訓練，或是學校教學，也能採取如此互動、鼓勵逆向思維的方式。

離開台灣熟悉環境與慣性思維，來到中國，有所啟發，感恩。

【Alibaba, Look at the World from Different Angles】

It’s great to visit the headquarters of Alibaba at Hangzhou of China. The color of the company is orange color which represents the energetic and innovative culture of this eCommerce giant. The slogan that encourages people to look at the world from a different angle is quite inspiring.
